Description

Centrifuge Basket as the key part of Centrifuge sieve machine. The starch centrifugal sieves is an important mechanical equipment in the production line of potato/Sweet/cassava starch. The starch centrifugal sieves is mainly used to screen the raw material slurry crushed by the rasp mill to separate starch and fiber. The starch centrifugal sieve is widely used in the screening process of corn, wheat, and rattan panax notoginseng potato starch.

Working principle

The starch slurry processed by the rasper enters the bottom of the starch centrifugal sieve, and the Conical sieve basket rotates at high speed. The starch slurry enters the surface of the screen, and under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, the starch slurry moves in a circle along the screen and slowly approaches the edge of the screen. Under the action of washing water, small starch particles are removed from the screen, while large starch particles cannot. Large starch particles are discharged from the slag bin while hot and by the slag pump.
