Doctor Blades Holder Type
Air-bag Type | The air-bag control form can give full play to the flexibility of gas bag. The balanced contact with the roller surface prevents it from damaging the roller surface. The lineal pressure can be automatically adjusted by regulating the pressure of source gas. The available blade is in flexible thickness, and is easy to manage and replace. The roller will not be damaged when blade is replaced, thus achieving high working efficiency. |
F-type | It is a kind of common blade holder in the paper-making industry. It is pressurized by self weight, and is operated with a handle. No source gas is needed. An air cylinder may be equipped to regulate and control the lineal pressure and the opening and closing of blade. The contact pressure between the holder and the roller surface can be adjusted by fine tuning the screw. |
Yankee Blade Holder for Cylinder Drying | The oil-pressure pipe within the holder can prevent the holder from deforming. It can be well attached to the blade, thus offering a good stability. Besides, it uses a low lineal pressure, and produces a high cleaning efficiency. The use of air-bag blade holder enables the roller to fully contact with the blade, thus offering a favorable flexibility. No fine tuning is required. In addition, the blade is of good rigidity, and corrugates stably. It is able to provide 1,500~3,500N/m lineal pressure required by corrugation |
