The high temperature and high pressure ball valve is designed with full consideration of its ability to withstand pipeline stress, as well as safety, weather resistance, long-term reliability, etc.; sealing, unique structural design. It is suitable for special industrial pipelines of Class 150~2500Lb, working temperature 80ºC~550ºC~800ºC. Special consideration has been given to the design of its safety and resistance to harsh environments. It is suitable for water, oil, steam, gas, liquid and other media.
Features:
1.All parts of the product are forgings
2. Bottom-mounted valve stem is adopted, and the equipment has an inverted sealing structure
3. The inlaid valve seat is adopted, and an O-ring is installed behind the valve seat to ensure that the medium does not leak out.
4. The sealing surface is made of STL alloy, which is wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant.
5.Anti-static, fire-proof design
Working Principle:
1. In the closed position, the ball is pressed against the valve seat by the mechanical pressure of the valve stem.
2. When the hand wheel is turned counterclockwise, the valve stem moves in the opposite direction, and the angular plane at the bottom makes the ball disengage from the valve seat.
3. The valve stem continues to lift and interacts with the guide pin in the helical groove of the valve stem, causing the ball to start rotating without friction.
4. Until it reaches the fully open position, the valve stem is raised to the limit position, and the ball rotates to the fully open position.
