Hot plate for a corrugator double facer is a key component used in the corrugation process of manufacturing cardboard or corrugated board. The double facer is a machine that bonds together the corrugated medium (fluted paper) and the linerboard (flat paper) to create the final corrugated board. The hot plate, also known as the heating plate or hot plate section, is responsible for applying heat and pressure to the corrugated board as it passes through the double facer.
