The conveyor belt of the heat treatment quenching furnace is made of imported SUS314 or SUS310S material from Nippon Steel Corporation of Japan, which can withstand temperatures above 1200 degrees and is resistant to oxidation. The mesh belt weaving adopts a herringbone encryption structure with high tensile strength. To prevent leakage of parts, the edges are folded or baffled. The mesh belt baffle of the heat treatment hoist is generally U-shaped or L-shaped. The mesh belt passes the workpiece through the temperature-controlled heating zone, then falls into the quenching oil tank, and is automatically taken out by the mesh belt hoist. It is suitable for batches of small and medium-sized mechanical parts, such as standard parts, bearings, transmission chains, self-tapping screws, textile hardware, hand tools, springs, spring washers, automotive parts, etc.
