Suitable for pumping pure water or other liquids of the physical chemical natures similar to those of pure water.
ZLB(Q) and HLB(Q) series products are all vertical structures and equipped with vertical motors. According to the blade adjustment, they are divided into fixed, semi-adjustable and fully adjustable types. The blades and hub are cast as one piece for fixed type, and the blade angle is not adjustable: for semi-adjustable type, when the working conditions need to be changed, the blade fastening screws can be loosened, the blades can be rotated to the required angle, and then all blades can be re-fixed; Z(H)LQ type is fully adjustable, and the blade angle can be adjusted by mechanical or hydraulic adjustment mechanism when the machine is stopped or not.
Vertical axial (mixed) flow
Pumps are mainly composed of the main body and the transmission part. The main body generally contains the water inlet pipe, impeller, guide vane body, pump shaft, elbow and intermediate pipe, sealing assembly and coupling, etc. The water inlet pipe of small and medium-sized pumps generally uses the water inlet trumpet; large pumps use elbow or bell-shaped water inlet channels, which are cast with concrete and equipped with imported foundation parts. The adjustable impeller is composed of blades (usually made of stainless steel or copper alloy), hubs, water guide cones, etc. The impellers of small and medium-sized pumps are connected to the pump shaft with flat keys and nuts, and the hubs of large pumps and fully adjustable pumps are connected to the main shaft flange. The guide bearings of the pump are rubber bearings, which can be lubricated with flowing water or additional clean water. When using flowing water for lubrication, water must be supplied to the upper rubber bearing through the water pipe before starting, and the water supply can be stopped only after the water pump discharges water normally.
The transmission part of small and medium-sized pumps is directly driven by a vertical motor. The vertical motor is installed on the motor seat and connected to the transmission shaft through an elastic coupling. The motor seat is equipped with radial bearings and thrust bearings, which are lubricated with grease or oil: the bearing box of larger power ones has a water-cooled interlayer outside. Large pumps are equipped with large vertical motors, which are directly installed on the motor foundation beam. The motor shaft flange and the water pump shaft flange (reamed hole) are connected with bolts. The axial force of the water pump is borne by the thrust bearing of the large vertical motor.
Looking down from the motor end, the water pump rotates clockwise.
