A vacuum insulation panel (VIP) is composed of insulated core materials(micro glass fiber or fumed silica), getter, and barrier film, which have the advantages of lightweight, low thermal conductivity, good elasticity, non-toxic, non-polluting, non-flammable and so on. It is an ideal choice for thermal insulation and sound-absorbing materials. As the most advanced insulation material, VIP has been widely used in construction (internal and external wall insulation), aerospace, navigation, automobiles, home appliances (refrigerator insulation), logistics cold chains, cold storage freezers, and other industries.
