Vip Core Material Description

The smaller the diameter, the lower the thermal conductivity. This is due to the increase in pores due to the smaller diameter, although the number of contacts between fibers increases, the contact area is significantly reduced, and the number of microscopic layers of the core material increases, thereby reducing the solid heat transfer. For VIP with high performance, high thermal insulation capacity and low thermal conductivity, using glass fiber core material with finer fiber diameter is the development goal of VIP.
