Product Description of Vacuum Insulation Panel
Vacuum Insulation Panel (VIP Panel) is a new type of high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmentally friendly insulation material produced using the principle of vacuum insulation. It has low thermal conductivity, small size, environmental protection and no pollution, and has broad application prospects. Its structure mainly consists of three parts: core material, gas barrier layer and getter. VIP panels have extremely low thermal conductivity. The thermal conductivity of vacuum insulation panels with glass fiber as the core material is only about 0.0015W/m•k, which is about 1/6 or even lower than that of traditional insulation materials. Its thickness is only 1/5~1/10 of that of ordinary materials, and it does not use any ozone-depleting substances. It has the characteristics of environmental protection and high efficiency and energy saving. Due to the relatively high production cost, vacuum insulation panels are first used in refrigerator products with high energy efficiency requirements and high volume ratio requirements in the field of home appliances.

Features of Vacuum Insulation Panel
1. Not constrained by shape, better overall performance. The shell-type four-side sealed VIP uses a pre-formed barrier film bottom shell, the corners are pre-formed, the entire process is controllable, and the product performance and service life are improved. The plane shape can be customized according to actual needs, such as round, square, polygonal or any shape, with small dimensional accuracy tolerance, easy to inlay in different positions, and regular appearance is conducive to reducing product assembly thermal bridges.
2. No folding, low transmittance, and more authentic products. The shell-type four-side sealed VIP does not require a folding process, and there will be no problem of reduced barrier properties, effectively avoiding hard damage to the product caused by the process.
The packaging process uses a pre-formed barrier film bottom shell. Compared with the traditional process, in the same vacuuming time, the new process makes the vacuum degree in the bag higher, and the vacuum environment in the board can be kept stable for a long time, so that a VIP board with excellent performance can be obtained.
3. Aging resistance, puncture resistance, and longer life. Saite New Materials introduced APET materials, which improved the material's impact resistance, tear resistance and heat resistance, making the four-side sealed VIP perform well in various performance tests and have a longer service life.
4. Shell-type four-side sealed VIP packaging also allows greater freedom in the production and use of VIP without air leakage.
