Description Of Micronporous Filter

HUATAO's Microporous filter is a new type of filtration equipment recently developed. It can filter out particles and bacteria above 0.1um in

liquids and gases. It has the advantages of high filtration precision, fast connection speed, less adsorption, no adsorption of media, and resistance

to acid and alkali corrosion. Now it is widely used as essential equipment in medicine, chemical industry, electronics, beverage, fruit wine,

biochemical water treatment, environmental protection and other industries.

Features of Microporous Filter

Microporous filter element: polypropylene membrane (PP) filter element, polytetrafluoroethylene membrane (PTFE) filter element,

cellulose acetate membrane (CN-CA) filter element, filtration precision from 0.1-60um, lengths 10; 20; 30 and 40 There are four types of inches

(i.e. 250; 500; 750; 1000mm). The above filter element has a pressure resistance of 0.42mpa and can be recoiled. There are two types of interfaces:

plug-in type (222 and 226 seats) and flat mouth type.

1.oum pleated membrane simple filter elements. Air filtration in the fermentation industry, as shown in Figure 1, can sterilize the incoming air,

remove phage filtration, and seal the exhaust gas for treatment to meet the American bacterial filtration HIM standard.
