The cow manure screw press machine can perform all the functions of traditional cow manure solid-liquid separation machines and secondary cow manure dewatering presses, replacing the two-step process of traditional methods with a single machine.The cow manure screw press machine is a device that dewaters cow manure using physical compression. The device consists of a drive system, feed hopper, screw auger, screen, back pressure resistance device, water collection tank, and frame. Cow manure is transported into the device by a pump. Under the action of the screw auger, it is subjected to progressively increasing pressure. Excess water is discharged through the screen via the liquid outlet, and the dewatered material is further transported by the screw auger, pushing open the resistance device and exiting the machine through the discharge port.

First Stage:After the liquid cow manure is pumped into the equipment, the screw conveyor first filters out most of the water, concentrating the cow manure into a solid state, preparing it for the pressing process in the second stage.
Second Stage(Pressing and Dehydration):The solid cow manure enters the second stage for pressing. Under the high-pressure action of the screw conveyor, the water content of the cow manure is reduced to approximately 60%.
