Screw Press machine can be devided into two type, one is single screw press, another one is double screw press.

Black liquor extraction: Used in the pulping process of sulfate wood pulp, straw pulp, etc., to efficiently separate black liquor (waste liquor) from the cooked pulp, facilitating recycling and reducing environmental pollution.

Pulp Concentration: High-pressure extrusion concentration of chemimechanical pulp, waste paper pulp, wood pulp, bamboo pulp, etc., increasing the pulp dryness to 35%-45% or even higher, allowing it to be sold directly as marketable pulp or used in subsequent processes.

Washing and Solid-Liquid Separation: Suitable for washing systems in waste paper pulping, as well as washing and concentration after black liquor extraction, achieving rapid separation of fibers and liquid while maintaining fiber integrity and reducing fiber loss.
