Description Of Centrifuge Machine For Coal Dewatering
Our horizontal scraper centrifuge is a dewatering device that uses centrifugal force to separate water from coal. It features a horizontal structure and an integral base installation. The centrifuge discharges from the bottom of the chamber, with a tapered bottom structure to facilitate rapid centrifuge discharge. Four sets of highly elastic rubber shock-absorbing pads are installed beneath the integral frame of the centrifuge chamber to support the centrifuge and eliminate vibrations during operation. A drive differential is mounted on the centrifuge chamber. The screen basket and scraper rotate about a horizontal axis, utilizing centrifugal force to spin the coal slurry against the screen surface of the basket. Centrifugal force presses the feed material against the screen surface, allowing water to pass through and be ejected. The slight speed difference between the screen basket and scraper allows the scraper to push the material to the discharge port. Through this process, solids of a certain particle size are separated from the water.
Feature Of Centrifuge Machine For Coal Dewatering
1) Since the scraper and screen basket cone adopt an outward-facing installation structure, the screen basket can be directly replaced very conveniently by opening the front door without removing the scraper, screen frame and other components.
2)Since the scraper and screen basket can run at high speed, the scraper adopts a spiral blade structure to ensure uniform feeding of materials, which greatly improves the dehydration capacity and processing capacity of the centrifuge. When the screen gap of the screen basket is 0.2mm, normal dehydration can be guaranteed. The coarse coal slime with a particle size of more than 0.2mm can be recovered, which will greatly reduce the workload of flotation and filter pressing and reduce the cost of coal slime water treatment.
