The pressure arc-shaped screen is mainly used in the papermaking process for the following applications:

*Pulp concentration: mainly plays a role in stabilizing the pulp concentration;

*True blank water and squeezed white water filtration and reuse: mainly used to remove blanket hair and fine fibers;

*White water filtration under paper machine: mainly used for fiber recovery, water clarification, and reuse.

This machine consists of a machine body with pulp inlet and outlet, a curved filter plate installed on the machine body, a pulp distribution lip plate that can adjust the spraying angle and spraying speed, and a fan-shaped movable nozzle for cleaning the filter plate.

Working Principle Bend Screen For Pulp Fiber Recovery

The pulp delivered at a certain pressure first enters the pulp distribution lip plate through the top pulp inlet of the arc screen, where the pulp is accelerated and then enters the circular arc filtration area along the tangent direction. In this area, the pulp is repeatedly dehydrated by the centrifugal force and then enters the pulp outlet under the action of gravity and is discharged from the equipment. The filtered wastewater is discharged through the wastewater outlet.
