Working Principle Of Internally Fed Rotary Drum Screen
When water containing suspended particles enters the drum, the suspended particles are intercepted by the stainless steel filter, and the filtered water without suspended particles enters the clean water tank. When suspended solids accumulate to a specific amount in the drum, it will cause a decrease in the permeability of the filter screen, resulting in an increase in the water level in the drum. When the water level rises to the set high water level, press the operation button of the liquid level automatic control system. At this time, the backwash water pump and drum motor will automatically start at the same time. The high-pressure water pumped out by the backwash water pump will be backwashed by the backwash system of the microfilter to the rotating drum filter screen. The suspended solids remaining on the filter screen will be washed by the high-pressure water and enter the collection tank for discharge through the sewage pipe. After the filter screen is cleaned, the permeability of the drum filter screen increases, and the water level inside the drum decreases. When the water level drops to the set low level, the automatic control system works, and the backwash water pump and drum motor will automatically stop working. The Internally Fed Rotary Drum Screen enters a new working cycle.
